We provide social groups for children and adolescents with social skills challenges based on age and skill level.

Social Skills Groups

Each group is designed to target different for growth including social rules, social critical thinking, relationship development, emotional regulation, generalization of skills, and executive functioning. We will work with parents and specialists to identify the groups that fit each child’s special goals. We will work with parents, home programs, and schools to further individualize your experience. All groups are designed to be engaging and fun.

Parent Support Groups and Training

The journey of parenting can be challenging, especially when supporting a child with unique needs. We offer a safe space for caregivers to connect, share experiences, and gain valuable insights and training from experts. Through interactive workshops, evidence-based training sessions, and peer discussions, we empower families with strategies needed to support their child’s growth and well-being. Join us to build connections, gain confidence, and strengthen your family’s support network.

Sibling Support and Education

Siblings relationships play a vital role in a child’s life. Our Sibling Support & Education program is designed to help them navigate the unique experiences that come with having a brother or sister with special needs. Through engaging activities & interactive discussions, we provide a supportive space where siblings can express their feelings, connect with others who share similar experiences, and gain a deeper understanding of their sibling’s challenges and strengths. Our goal is to empower siblings. Join us to foster understanding, resilience, and meaningful connections.

Bullying Support and Relationship Development

Bullying Support and Relationship Development

Bullying can have a lasting impact on a teens’ confidence, mental health, and overall well-being. Our Teen Bullying Support & Coping Skills program, with licensed counselors, BCBAs and School Psychologists, provides a safe space for teens to talk openly, learn strategies to navigate difficult situations, and build resilience. Through guided discussions and practical exercises, we help teens identify important parts of relationships with others and themselves. How to choose positive friendships that uplift and support them. We also focus on in-the-moment coping strategies. Teens will gain the tools they need to protect themselves, regain confidence, and foster healthy relationships. No one should face bullying alone—join us to learn, grow, and find support.
