We provide compassionate care and effective services to all children. Our care extends to children with autism and related disorders, ADHD, and children with difficulty with emotional regulation, relationship development, and social skills and executive functioning skills.
Our goal is to empower individuals with diverse abilities to rise to their fullest potential, by providing high-quality individualized services for the individual and their families. Our staff can create significant changes in people’s lives, by creating a fun and caring learning environment.
We utilize different technologies that are scientifically proven to increase behaviors that are of social significance and can enhance the learner’s lives AND decrease maladaptive behaviors that interfere with learning and functioning in society.

Michele L. Fagan is the founder of Advance to Thrive, a private company seeking to consult and guide neurodivergent individuals to live to their fullest potential and to be able to experience life’s events. Michele’s greatest passion is influencing people’s lives.
Michele L. Fagan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), with over 25 years’ experience working in homes, clinics, and school settings. Michele has worked internationally; in Japan, Singapore, Spain and Canada. She was one of the first teams of Behavior consultants to bring ABA into British Columbia, Canada working with Dr. Glen Davis. She has a Master of Science degree in Psychology, and has completed the coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her Bachelor’s is in Medical Rehabilitative Sciences giving her an in-depth understanding of all components of human nature’s spirit, mind and body. She has completed master level courses in speech and language to develop a better understanding of language and communication.
Michele has worked with client’s from 18 months to 22+ years old. She is an expert in completing FBA’s and consulting in school districts. She is fluent in applying behavior principles in diverse environments. Michele has a strong foundation in the fundamental programming in ABA. She excels in the areas of Executive functioning, social skills/communication and relationship development.
Michele has written for health/fitness websites and ABA websites. She Co-Authored the book, Between Sessions.

Katie Ferrandino is a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) currently pursuing her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Upon completion, she will become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
With seven years of experience providing in-home therapy, Katie has worked closely with neurodivergent individuals to help them reach their full potential and integrate into their communities. She also provides school-based support, parent training, and in-home guidance to help families create positive, structured environments for their children.
Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Teaching as a Social Science from Rutgers University. She has worked with clients ranging from 1 to 15 years old, both locally and internationally, bringing a diverse and well-rounded perspective to her practice.
Now at Advance to Thrive, Katie is committed to empowering neurodivergent individuals and their families with evidence-based strategies to foster independence, confidence, and meaningful community engagement.
