Over the years, ABA has helped countless children develop valuable skills and gain greater independence. At the same time, many families have expressed a desire for services that feel more collaborative, natural, and centered on the individual child rather than a standardized treatment model.
Advance to Thrive was created to bridge that gap.
We wanted to build a practice where clinical excellence and compassion work hand-in-hand. A place where families feel heard, children feel valued, and therapy is designed around real-life experiences and meaningful goals.

Meet Michele Fagan, BCBA | Founder of Advance to Thrive
Advance to Thrive is led by Michele L Fage, MS, BCBA, LBA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst with more than 35 years of experience supporting children and families across home, school, clinic, and community settings.
Throughout her career, Michele has worked with individuals across a wide range of ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds. Her experience extends beyond traditional ABA services, drawing from psychology. Rehabilitation sciences, communication development, executive functioning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
What has remained consistent throughout her career is a passion for helping people reach their full potential.
Michele’s vision for Advance to Thrive is built on the understanding that meaningful progress happens when families feel supported, clinicians remain accountable, and children are empowered to learn in ways that honor who they are.
